Netball training today... finally!! Dun really like the training today. kinda of boring. Today trainin focus on legs.. all sorts of leg training... definitely leg cramps because too long never had training. In the last few mins, we played a twinkle twinkle game. it so boring and lame... we got to sing twinkle song, and get the ball, shoot into the goal, den consider score 1 point. DUNNO who invented this game.totally waste of time... very frustructed by this game... Not very tired after the training, only slightly legs cramp the next day... We have another training this wed... omg!! so fast!! hope it would be better and learn something out from the 2 hrs...


The CHALET is CONFIRMED.... It is for 10-12SEP07...
